      Meetups:

• Meetups arrangement is only to my convenience. 

• FREE meet-ups at Tampines & City Hall for min. $10 purchase from Polkadots or Plushie Empire, otherwise there will be an additional of $2. 

• Pasir Ris & Simei is $1.00

• Tanah Meral to Raffles Place is $1.50

• For meetup, it will be payment upon collection.

• Please be on time, late charges of $1 will be implement for every 10min wait. 

• Kindly inform me in advance if you might be late then no charges will be involved. 

• To change or cancel meetups arrangement, please sms me 1 day before, last min. changes or not turning up is subject to a $1 fee.

     

         Mailing :

• Only smaller toys can be sent by mail.

• Mailing rates are different for every item, from $0.50 onwards. Actual rate will quote to your when you confirm your items/order.

• Payment MUST be made by bank transfer for local orders. ( Bank Account no. will be given to you after you have confirmed your order )

• Paypal is only for overseas customers only.

• Please email your bank transfer referrence no. to me for verification. 

• After making payment, your item will be sent out within 3 days for instock items. 

• Note that i will not be responsible for lost items if you opt for normal mail.

• It is advisable to opt for registered mail for large qty or bulky orders for an additional of $2.55.

All items are in good condition. You will be able to check the item conditions on the spot (for meetups)

We will not be responsible for damaged items after meetups / by mailing.

Colours and sizes may differ from photos due to screen resolutions etc.
